I built this because I've been through the gate myself — and I know how disorienting it is to go from a world with a clear mission, chain of command, and defined purpose to one where you have to build your own direction from scratch.

I started as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, led combat operations overseas, and came home with a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. What nobody tells you when you take off the uniform is that the private sector has no idea what to do with your resume — even when your experience is extraordinary.

After West Point and Ranger School, I went on to build a career in finance — Prime Brokerage at J.P. Morgan and Real Estate Investment Banking at Citigroup where I helped execute over $2.5 billion in transactions.

I'm not a recruiter. I'm not trying to place you anywhere. I built Core Azimuth Advisory because I wish someone had helped me understand how I was wired before I started that transition — what actually energized me, where my instincts would be an asset, and which rooms were worth getting into. That's the gap I'm filling.
